Hi, I’m Michelle. I know how overwhelming this phase of life can be—and how confusing it is when you don’t quite feel like yourself. One day you’re fine, and the next you’re Googling “itchy ears” at 2 a.m. With so much information out there, it’s hard to know what’s real or who to trust. As a Certified Menopause Coach, I help you understand what’s happening and give you the tools you need to feel like you again. I specialize in perimenopause, the up to ten-year phase (yes ten!) of life leading up to menopause.

About Me

As a longtime fitness and wellness enthusiast, I’ve always been passionate about feeling my best and living my healthiest life. From working out to eating well to self-care, I felt like I had it all dialed in.

And then…perimenopause hit. Cue the brain fog, anxiety and insomnia—and that was just from the neck up. Thanks a lot, hormones!

Suddenly, the things that had always worked for me, stopped working. I went looking for answers and found healthcare providers with limited menopause training, 20-year-olds selling flat abs and a lot of conflicting information. Eventually, I discovered evidence-based research and experts I could trust. I began implementing what I had learned and slowly, started to feel like myself again and eventually, even better.

If I had struggled to find answers, I knew other women would too. I became a Certified Menopause Coach so I could empower women with the knowledge and tools they need to live their best lives in midlife.

My first step is to listen. In this supportive space, we’ll talk about what’s happening in your body and how you want to feel moving forward. Then I’ll create your personalized approach to movement and nutrition that supports your goals and fits your real life. I can also help you confidently advocate for yourself with your healthcare team. I offer in-person 1:1 sessions seasonally in Riverhead, New York and St. Petersburg, Florida and virtual sessions worldwide. We can meet via video chat or if it’s better for your schedule, on an old fashioned phone call.

Juggling careers, responsibilities and relationships is even more difficult when you’re dealing with the physical and emotional challenges of menopause. I’ll help you understand what you’re going through and the simple switches and micro habits that will help you feel balanced and back in control.

From playing sports to teaching yoga to taking thousands of pilates, spinning and strength classes, movement has always been a part of my life. Through my training and personal journey, I’ve learned what works to address the specific challenges of menopause. I’ll design a safe and intelligent plan that fits your schedule and experience level.

This isn’t about a diet. It’s about correctly fueling your body for this stage of your life. The nutrients you need to prioritize in menopause are different than in your 20s. I’ll share simple guidelines, time-saving hacks and easy recipes to help you nourish your body, overcome your challenges and reach your goals.
